A passionate Executive Chef Roman Dolejs with his team will prepare some of the most sophisticated dishes made of carefully chosen ingredients that will make your event a truly unforgettable experience.

A charismatic chef who, having served his time of apprenticeship in Austria, has travelled literally all round the world and cooked for such celebrities as Bill Gates, Denzel Washington and the NBA and NHL stars since. He gained his experience in the German speaking countries and in the Caribbean, where he spent almost eight years. He cooked at the Bermudas, Peter Island, the Cayman Islands and onboard transoceanic liners. He was a captain of the culinary team of the Cayman Islands, where he won the Chef of the Year award. He is an author of the book “The World in a Saucepan alias My Pathway to the Chef´s Hat” and a co-author of the title “Men to Themselves”.


He is absolutely enthusiastic about his work and prefers cooking for the guests who really enjoy the meal. He feels rewarded sensing he delivers a superb product with his team and being able to pass his experience on to others.
